The Global eB2B Lead plays a critical role in the Global eCommerce Center of Excellence team - the global eComm COE team sets MDLZ's long-term eCommerce strategy & roadmap, and works with BUs to drive the eComm ambition and cascades enterprise eComm strategy to BU (Business Unit). The COE team also provides thought-leadership, builds new capabilities, shares best practices, develops playbooks and provides trainings. The overall responsibility will be to drive and deliver the eB2B Strategic Plan and Vision 2030 roadmap, accelerating BU plans by bringing concrete innovation/new platforms and best practices/ initiatives that will boost growth in B2B and achieve #1 Snacking on line, achieve incremental share in wholesalers, incremental distribution and incremental omnichannel sales. Responsibilities:
As a subject matter expert for eB2B, lead the development of MDLZ global eB2B strategy and roadmap, and cascade to BUs Identify key eB2B markets for expansion, drive global B2B platforms and partnerships, and develop fit for BU models to rapidly expand B2B coverage Lead the thinking on how to put product, services, and content propositions together that resonate with our customers and trade partners Provide strategic guidance to BU eComm and sales teams to deliver exceptional end to end commerce experiences for Flywheel activation Codify eB2B learnings and best practices, and develop playbooks to share across BUs to accelerate growth Partnering with BU eB2B teams, create a global forum for knowledge sharing and acceleration of eB2B channel In partnership with IBS/IT and Insights &Analytics teams, build tech and analytics capabilities. Develop a cohesive global KPI tracker for success, and ensure rigorous monitoring, course-correcting, and continuous improvement in place by BU Put data to work showcasing how to execute against our data insights to drive customer lifetime value, and continually analyze and recommend tactics to drive top-line growth and profitability Build and implement a methodology for markets to test, refine and amplify new value propositions Create an external ecosystem of partners, startups, peers that will accelerate learnings, enable us to create innovative B2B models/services Be the expert for all questions related to B2B strategies, performance, and industry benchmarks Individual needs to be an change agent and trusted leader, who motivates and equips Mdlz cross functional teams to drive the eB2B agenda, clearly articulating how eB2B contribute to the overall goal of accelerated growth, how it adds to our core RTM with an omnichannel perspective, keeping always the consumer & the customer value at the heart of what we do.
Qualifications:
BA required, MBA preferred Minimum of 10-12 years Sales/RTM / Cat Planning FMCG (Experience in different RTM Models) out of which 2-5 years' experience in eCommerce with outstanding performance in RTM /Sales/B2B Global experience, managing multi markets and scaling platforms in several countries is preferred Critical intrapreneurial mindset and skills, proven ability to integrate with Sales / Operations teams Deep understanding of the eCommerce ecosystem - both technical and business aspects Demonstrated strength in communication and influencing skills; not only written and verbal, but also in the engagement of internal and external business partners Highly collaborative across different stakeholders in a matrixed environment Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities given aggressive timelines; comfortable performing in a fast paced, dynamic environment, managing both internal and external resources; flexibility to manage projects across time zones and adapt certain approaches to different cultures and working styles Global mindset/perspective required Passion about eCommerce and team spirit a must.
Salary Range:
$200K -- $250K
Minimum Qualification

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
